Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account.
Cancellation by you
If you have agreed or signed a quotation for the company’s services. You agree and acknowledge that You have no right to cancel any order made by you on this Website. In the event you subscribe to any Services or Solutions, the same may be cancelled by you one month prior to the provision of the Services or Solutions, in such a case you will be refunded in the entire amount after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable. Further during a period between one month and 14 days from when the Services or Solutions are to be provided, if there is a cancellation request received, we may at our discretion refund 40% of the amount, after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable, to you. A period of 14 days before the Services or Solutions to be provided no request for cancelation will not be entertained by the Company.
a) Effect of ceasing subscription: As HeadEight Creative’s service is a subscription service fee, certain rights granted under an Item license are only applicable for as long as your Marketing Campaign is active.
b) Services: As a Subscriber you also receive services from us like account support, fraud protection, library quality control and other related services.
c) Support: We do our best to make sure that our services is high quality. However, due to the Yearly Subscription on Headeight Creative Services, the service is include the level of after-sale support on Headeight Creative Company.
How to Refunds and cancelations?
a) All refunds must be submitted request within fourteen(14) days of the purchase date in the first month only. Please email to our customer service at Contact@headeight.com to refund your Service of Headeight Creative Company
b) We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
– you have changed your mind about your subscription;
– you subscribed by mistake;
– you ask for goodwill; or
– you can no longer access any of your desired function because they have been removed from DoWize.co (we advise you to Cancel your subscription for next month instead).
